Time Limit for Accepting Returns&Exchanges
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you signed for the goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will be responsible for the return postage fees and replacement fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
1. Open lines/broken/stained/unclear pictures rendering or lettering.
2. Wrong or mismatched size.
3. Wrong or lost shipment.
4. Damaged or otherwise defective
Customers can apply for a return and refund within 15 days after confirming receipt of the goods in the following cases:
If the quality problem of the product itself or the product is damaged due to the transportation of Virdyn, which makes the product completely unusable, customer can apply for return and refund, and the return freight and customs duties will be borne by Virdyn. Customers must provide relevant proofs (such as photos, videos, etc.), and after Virdyn confirms, the customer is responsible for mailing the product and choosing the method of cash on delivery. After Virdyn receives the goods, the payment will be returned to the customer within 5 working days.
Customer returns and refunds are not supported in the following cases:
1. The product has been shipped;
2. The customer confirms the receipt, and the product has no quality problems;
3. The customer confirms the receipt, and the product packaging is slightly damaged, but it does not affect the normal use of the product;
4. The customer gives feedback of the quality problem or damage problem of the products more than 15 days after confirming the receipt of the goods;
5. Any other product refunds caused by the subjective wishes of customers (such as I don't like it, I don't want it anymore, It is useless to me, etc.)

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Initiate the Request:

Verification and Approval
1. Our customer support team will review your request and verify the eligibility for return or exchange.
2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Packaging and Shipping:
1. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional materials.
2. Affix the provided RA number clearly on the package.
3. Ship the package using a reliable and trackable shipping method. We recommend obtaining shipping insurance.

2. The product should be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage or alterations.
Refund or Exchange:
1. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-15 business days using the original payment method. Please note that any shipping fees or restocking charges may apply.
2. In the case of an exchange, the requested replacement product will be shipped to you within 30-60 business days, subject to availability.

To complete your return&exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
1. Item with obvious signs of use
2. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal or bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
