Product Basic Services

1. Support online technical consultation by email, real-time call, etc. (within normal working days);

2. The electronic components of hardware equipment are guaranteed for one year, and the non-electronic components are guaranteed for half a year;

3. After the customer pays, the software package will be sent by email, including product instruction manual, the latest version software download package, Unity&Unreal Engine Plugins, C++SDK package etc.

4. If customers need any other information, they can send emails to Virdyn for consultation at any time.

 

Product Quality Assurance

The product warranty card is the certificate of warranty service, please keep it properly, within one year from the date of purchase, if the product has quality problems due to non-human factors under normal use, you can enjoy free repair service.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

Virdyn will ship within 30 working days after receiving the full payment from the customer (due to force majeure factors, such as COVID-19, war, riots, bad weather, airport closures, customs clearance delays, flight delays, crashes, earthquakes, floods , mudslides and natural or man-made serious disasters, the delivery time may be delayed).

Shipping Method and Cost

1.Virdyn is responsible for the transportation of the shipment.

2.Shipping method: HONG KONG DHL Express or special logistics line. Note: Express delivery may incur customs duty and customs clearance costs are borne by the customer.

3. Under normal circumstances, returns and exchanges are not supported; if it is the quality problem of the product itself or the product is damaged or lost due to the transportation of Virdyn, the customer must give feedback to Virdyn within 7 days after confirming receipt. After Virdyn confirms the loss, the freight and customs duties of the returned goods will be borne by Virdyn, and returns and exchanges will not be supported after more than 7 days;

Refund&Return&Exchange Policy

Product Refund

Customers can apply for a refund without reason in the following cases:

1. Product loss due to shipping by Virdyn.

Customers can apply for a return and refund within 15 days after confirming receipt of the goods in the following cases:

If the quality problem of the product itself or the product is damaged due to the transportation of Virdyn, which makes the product completely unusable, customer can apply for return and refund, and the return freight and customs duties will be borne by Virdyn. Customers must provide relevant proofs (such as photos, videos, etc.), and after Virdyn confirms, the customer is responsible for mailing the product and choosing the method of cash on delivery. After Virdyn receives the goods, the payment will be returned to the customer within 5 working days.

Customer returns and refunds are not supported in the following cases:

1. The product has been shipped;

2. The customer confirms the receipt, and the product has no quality problems;

3. The customer confirms the receipt, and the product packaging is slightly damaged, but it does not affect the normal use of the product;

4. The customer gives feedback of the quality problem or damage problem of the products more than 15 days after confirming the receipt of the goods;

5. Any other product refunds caused by the subjective wishes of customers (such as I don't like it, I don't want it anymore, It is useless to me, etc.)

Warranty Policy

1. Product warranty period

Electronic components are guaranteed for one year and Non-Electronic components are guaranteed for half a year. Electronic include controllers, receivers, sensors, main connectors, etc. Non-Electronic include packaging materials, clips, elastic straps, USB cables, finger cables.

 

2. The following conditions are not covered by the warranty.

1. The product is out of warranty or not covered by warranty.

2. Damage or malfunction caused by improper use or storage by the user.

3. Damage or failure due to force majeure (natural disaster).

4. Damage or malfunction caused by disassembly or repair by unauthorized units or individuals.

5.  The seal label of the product is torn off or damaged.

6. There is no warranty card or the product does not match the warranty card.

 

3. How to properly maintain and store the products.

1. When the product is not in use, place the product in a storage box or case to prevent damage or failure caused by force majeure (natural disaster).

2. Keep away from any metallic substances, as well as magnetically charged substances, which can affect the magnetic induction of the sensor, to prevent damage or malfunction caused by improper storage.

3. Keep the core components away from water and prolonged exposure to sunlight, do not rinse the product directly.

3. When using the product, please do not violently pull the elastic band, violently pull the cable.

 

4. Method of Responsibility

1. After receiving the equipment, our company will take photos to keep the evidence on site.

2. Analyze the cause of the problem according to the actual situation.

3. Based on the above two conditions, identify the responsible party.

4. After the responsible party is clear, our company will give the maintenance proposal plan.

 

5. Maintenance Time

1. The equipment will be repaired and sent out within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the equipment by our company.

2. If it is necessary to re-purchase or customize the parts, the repair time shall be subject to the time communicated by both parties, and our company will explain the situation in advance.

 

6. Maintenance Cost

1. The cost only includes the maintenance cost, not the express cost.

2. Please refer to the seventh point "Warranty Details" for the specific charging standard.

3. During the warranty period, if the hardware problem is not caused by man-made damage, it will be repaired free of charge.

 

7. Repair warranty time

1. The warranty period for core devices replaced or repaired is 6 months, and that for non-core devices is 3 months.

2. If normal repair problems occur during the warranty period, the warranty period remains unchanged, one year for core devices and half a year for non-core devices.

3. If there is a repair problem caused by abnormal use during the warranty period, the warranty period of the core device under warranty is 6months, 3 months for non-core devices.
